Nord Pool Gas continuously aim at improving the communication between the exchange and the participants and to direct more attention to the Nordic Gas Market in general. In line with common business practice we make use of instant messages via Yahoo Messenger in our daily informal dialogue. We use Yahoo as a vehicle for fast and dynamic exchange of information as a supplement to phone, e-mail and our homepage.

Lately we have experienced a growing interest in using Yahoo as means to direct more attention to less liquid instruments. Consequently we offer to assist participants looking for trading counter parties whose trading interests has not yet been announced via a bid on the Trayport screen. We acknowledge the needs of the market but are equally conscious about maintaining a level playing field in which all participants have access to communicated trading interests.
