Trading in the month of January 2012 reached 744.000 MWh which is the highest monthly trading figure ever recorded at the gas exchange.
The full January trading volume was made up by spot trading in Day and Withinday contracts.
The average January spot price level at Nord Pool Gas turned out lower than the corresponding price levels of the adjacent German Gaspool and NCG markets.
