How to become a participant
This instruction outlines the signing process at the clearing house – Nord Pool Spot A/S and at the Gas Exchange – Nord Pool Gas A/S. In order to become a participant:
We need a copy of your:
- Company certificate (not older than one (1) month)
- Complete signatory authorization in English (not older than one (1) month) of those persons entitled to sign any legal documents on behalf of the company
- Latest annual report
You must sign the following agreements:
- Participant agreement, Nord Pool Gas A/S (sign two (2) copies)
- Clearing agreement, Nord Pool Spot AS (sign two (2) copies)
- Non pledged cash account, issued by your settlement bank (sign three (3) copies)
- MT 101/940 Power of attorney, completed and signed by your settlement bank
Collateral:
- Standard on-Demand guarantee (sign one (1) copy)
